No formal license is required to create a research account. We do require that you affirm you are 21 or older and that the products will be used for in-vitro research purposes only. That affirmation is recorded with a timestamp, IP address, and user agent at signup and again at checkout, as part of our compliance file.
No. Zerovial is a research-chemical supplier. It is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under 503A of the U.S. FD&C Act, nor an outsourcing facility as defined under 503B. Our products are not dispensed under prescription and are not represented as drugs.

Each account is registered to a single researcher. The signup affirmation is personal. It identifies the individual who confirmed research-only use at the timestamp recorded. If colleagues at the same lab need access, each should create their own account so the audit trail is clean.

Janoshik Analytical runs reversed-phase HPLC against a reference standard for purity and a separate pH measurement on aqueous solution. Certificate on every batch. Both downloadable on the product page before the pen ships.
The Certificate of Analysis covers HPLC purity and identity. The pH test certificate covers aqueous-solution pH stability. Together they give a fuller picture than either document alone. And you can review both before placing the order.
Janoshik Analytical is based in the Czech Republic and is the independent third-party lab Zerovial uses for all release testing. Lab name, batch number and result dates are printed on every certificate.

By solid-phase synthesis (SPPS), a standard synthesis method. After synthesis the crude product is cleaved from the resin, purified by reversed-phase HPLC, lyophilised, and (for pre-filled pens) reconstituted under nitrogen seal in a Class C cleanroom.

Yes. All packaging is plain. No brand labels, no product names visible on the outside. Customs paperwork describes contents accurately as research chemicals (UN 3316); it cannot be falsified. The vast majority of orders clear customs and arrive without issue.
Pre-filled pens should be stored at 2-8 C (refrigerated) and protected from direct light. Once the seal is broken, store at 2-8 C and use within the protocol's stability window. Typically 60 days for sealed cold-chain pens. Each product page lists the specific storage requirements.
